Tully RX

Refund Policy

Last updated: [DATE — set at counsel sign-off]

How payments, holds, and refunds work at Tully RX — including our core promise: you are only ever charged after a licensed provider approves your treatment.

01How billing works

Tully RX is a cash-pay service — we do not bill insurance. When you check out, we place a temporary pre-authorization hold on your payment method. This is not a charge.

  • If a licensed provider approves your treatment, the hold is captured and you are charged.
  • If the provider cannot approve your treatment, the hold is released in full — you are never charged for a declined review.
  • Released holds typically disappear from your statement within a few business days, depending on your bank.

02If your treatment isn't approved

You owe nothing. The pre-authorization hold placed at checkout is released automatically, and no charge is made. There is no fee for the provider's review of a declined intake.

03Canceling after approval, before shipment

Placeholder for counsel/operations: the cancellation window between provider approval (when the charge is captured) and pharmacy shipment, and whether that window carries a full refund, partial refund, or restocking terms.

04After your medication ships

Prescription medication cannot be returned or resold once dispensed — this is a safety and legal requirement, not a store preference. As a result, shipped orders are generally not refundable.

Placeholder for counsel: exceptions policy — for example, orders damaged in transit, pharmacy dispensing errors, or shipments lost by the carrier — and whether the remedy is replacement or refund.

05Recurring plans and future refills

Ongoing treatment plans renew on a recurring cycle (typically every 28 days). You can pause or cancel from your account at any time before your next billing date, and no future charges will be made.

Canceling stops future refills; it does not refund a refill that has already shipped. Nothing ships unless its charge has cleared.

06Failed payments

If a recurring payment fails, we will notify you and retry. Your refill will not ship until payment clears. Placeholder for counsel/operations: retry schedule and when an unpaid plan is paused or canceled.

07How to request a refund

Contact the Tully RX care team through your patient portal (Support) or the support email listed on this site. Include your order number. We aim to respond within [X business days — operations to set].

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Timing after issuance depends on your bank, typically 5–10 business days.

08Billing questions and disputes

If you believe you were charged in error, contact support first — most issues are resolved fastest that way. Placeholder for counsel: chargeback/dispute language and any state consumer-protection notices.
